Workaround: only when application is deployed in tomcat, override spring.jpa.properties.hibernate.javax.cache.uri with a classpath:/ url instead of classpath://. May be done in /etc/APPLICATION/configuration.properties.

    • Spring proxy is LOWEST_PRECEDENCE - 1.000.000
